COMMENTS, CONCERNS AND SUGGESTIONSComments, complaints and suggestions are a good way for us to learn about how to improve our service. If you want to make a complaint, comment or make a suggestion about our services please write to Mrs Jackie Williams (Practice Manager). Your comments will be treated in confidence. If you have an issue you cannot discuss with the practice, you can call the Community Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). This service can help you with advice, information and support. HOW TO ACCESS INFORMATIONYou need to apply in writing to view your records and an appointment will be sent to you. During the viewing you will be accompanied by a member of staff should any questions need to be answered or any data entries clarified. There is a charge for this service and an additional charge is made for any photocopying.
