The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will be visiting Yorkleigh Surgery for an inspection on Wednesday 16th January.
The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and social care in England. It monitors, inspects and regulates hospitals, care homes and other healthcare providers.
A CQC inspector may approach patients between 9:15 – 10:00am to talk briefly about your experience of being a patient, but only if you are happy to do so. Whatever you say will be treated in confidence and used anonymously.
You can find out more about what the CQC does during an inspection here.
