Test results are available via the telephone between the hours of 14:00 and 17:00 by choosing option 1 when you call in. Please do not call outside of these times. You can also view test results via SystmOnline if you are registered and have requested access.

If the result is abnormal it is likely that you will be contacted but it is best to ring if you have not heard and have no other follow-up arranged. The receptionists do not have any medical training but can tell you what the doctor has said about the result and, if abnormal, arrange a time for you to discuss this with the doctor.
